Shipping policy

We deliver across Pakistan, and delivery is free on every order.

Order processing

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery times

• Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi: 2-3 working days
• Other major cities: 3-5 working days
• Remote and rural areas: 5-7 working days

Delivery charges

There are none. Standard delivery is free on every order, anywhere in Pakistan, with no minimum order value.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available nationwide at no extra charge. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number by email or SMS.

Failed deliveries

Couriers attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery cannot be completed the parcel is returned to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels delayed or lost because of incorrect details.
