How soon will I see results?
Most people notice brighter, more even-looking skin after 2 to 4 weeks of consistent use. Dark spots and post-acne marks take longer - give it 8 to 12 weeks before you judge.
Can I use this if I have sensitive skin?
The formula is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. If you are new to actives, start once a day for the first week and build up. Patch test on your inner arm first.
Can I use it with other actives?
Yes, with a little care. Niacinamide layers well with most routines. If you also use retinol or exfoliating acids, alternate them rather than layering everything at once.
Do I still need sunscreen?
Yes. Brightening actives work on existing pigmentation, but sun exposure is what causes most of it. Without daily SPF you will be undoing the work.
Is it safe during pregnancy?
We are not medical professionals. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please check with your doctor before starting any new active ingredient.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free on every order. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi usually arrive in 2 to 3 working days, other cities in 3 to 5, and remote areas in 5 to 7.

What is your return policy?

How should I store the serum?
Somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight. The amber glass bottle protects the formula, but heat will still degrade it over time.
